A new Mohamed Salah mural is underway at Anfield Road in honour of the Liverpool Football Club Striker.
Located just outside the club’s stadium, the new addition will join alongside other murals in the area such as Trent Alexander Arnold and Liverpool FC captain Jordan Henderson.
The mural which is currently under construction includes two iconic poses from Salah, including his celebration in the derby match against Everton when a flare was thrown onto the pitch after the player scored during the 4-1 win against their city rivals.
Liverpool fans may see this as a sign that Salah will be signing his contract to remain at the club amidst media rumours and speculation that the Egyptian international is planning to exit the club at the end of his contract due to financial demands.
Mo Salah’s record speaks for itself, with currently contributing to 158 goals (115 goals and 43 assists) for Liverpool in the Premier League, fans will be keen to hear if the club’s attacker will be putting pen to paper over the coming months.
The public display of affection of the new mural being created could possibly have a helping hand in Salah continuing his prestige services to the club and its fanbase.
The Mo Salah mural is located on Anfield Road opposite The King Harry Bar. The mural has been created by local artist John Culshaw.
