Striking new image reveals new milestone for Liverpool’s £90million Parliament Square development.
Legacie Developments has released a striking new image showcasing progress at Liverpool’s Parliament Square as the construction company reaches a major new milestone on the scheme.
Legacie has now completed the construction of the frame on the third block of the prestigious residential development.
The £90m project, on the edge of Liverpool’s baltic Triangle, will see the construction of 500 contemporary state-of-the-art apartments across four blocks.
The scheme, which has been supported by investment firm RW Invest, will transform a major thoroughfare into Liverpool city centre and will include a public plaza with boutique shops, a gym and retail facilities.
A photograph released by Legacie today demonstrates significant work on the development site since work started late last year.
Liverpool Mayor Joe Anderson kick started work on the development last November and praised its transformative impact on the city as well as the employment opportunities Legacie has created in the local construction sector.
Legacie’s founder and managing director, John Morley, said:
“We are making solid progress and have recently started to construct the third block within the development. Parliament Square is a flagship Legacie Developments project and it will have a transformative impact on a key thoroughfare into Liverpool city centre. There is huge interest in the scheme and we are delighted to have reached yet another major milestone in its construction.
We are on schedule to complete the job by next summer. Parliament Square is on track to become the most desirable address in Liverpool. It is an exciting development of the city.”
Legacie Developments recently announced that they are expanding into Greater Manchester. The company will shortly start work on a new residential development close to Salford’s Media City.
