The M&S Bank Arena is investing over £2 million in the venue, setting a new standard for luxury and exclusivity with a new hospitality offering.
The arena, part of The ACC Liverpool Group’s waterfront event campus, is excited to introduce its brand-new premium offerings, featuring newly renovated spaces and exclusive VIP packages designed to elevate the visitor experience.

Premium at M&S Bank Arena
The newly remodelled spaces are designed to provide an unmatched experience, prioritising world-class customer service. Whether attending a high-energy concert, a thrilling sports event, or a corporate gathering, guests will enjoy a premium experience like never before. From luxurious private suites to revamped lounges and exclusive catering options, every detail has been meticulously crafted to provide comfort, style, and excitement.
The revamped premium offering introduces four levels of premium experiences to choose from:
Premium Super Suites
An experience that leaves a lasting impression, our Premium Super Suites combine elegant 1920’s styling in an exceptional space, suitable for groups up to 24 people. Customers will receive excellent views to main stage performances, a fully serviced bar and cloakroom, premium welcome drink for each guest, fast-track entrance, free parking facilities and hand-crafted food menus.
Premium Suites
Relax in comfort and style in a private Premium Suite, featuring the highest quality interiors and panoramic balcony seating. Suitable for groups of up to 12 people, customers will receive a welcome drink for each guest, fast-track entrance, free parking and cloakroom facilities.
Sodexo Live! Lounge
A fantastic experience for any customer, Sodexo Live! Lounge packages come with a premium seat with every purchase. Enjoy the magnificent views of the Royal Albert Dock whilst listening to live entertainment from locally sourced artists. Suitable for groups of all sizes and with a capacity of 130, the Sodexo Live! Lounge includes fast-track VIP entrance, a delicious food platter and table service for interval pre-ordering.
The Skyline Experience
The Skyline Experience provides an upgraded shared experience with ‘wow’ moments in chic surroundings. Customers will enjoy extensive views of the action, comfortable balcony seats and a selection of nibbles and drinks to order on the night. Suitable for smaller groups of 2 to 6 people.

ACC Liverpool has appointed MMA Design & Project Management and Kimpton to complete the works, which aim to introduce a more ‘immersive’ experience for guests.
MMA Design & Project Management and Kimpton are based in Liverpool and Bromborough respectively and were selected following a competitive tender process undertaken by ACC Liverpool.
Maggie Mullan, managing director of MMA Design & Project Management, explained the concept behind the design of the new spaces, saying:
“Our aim is to create the ultimate in sensory immersive experience using colour, texture and symbolism, evoking art deco iconography from the golden age of theatre and cinema – the 1920’s.
From arrival at the Arena, the user experience is choreographed, layering on colour and texture, building the sense of awe and anticipation, through the Sodexo Live! Lounge and the Skyline Experience to the Premium Suites and the ultimate of the 1920’s private club immersion of the Premium Super Suites.
Every touchpoint is a celebration of anticipation and colour including corridors, lobbies and facilities – fully immersive in the jewelled tones of the art deco colour palette – culminating in the walnut panelled, gilded, resplendent spectacle that is the Super Suite experience.”

In addition to re-vamping their hospitality spaces, M&S Bank Arena have committed to a three-year partnership with premium platform Seat Unique, who will exclusively power all online premium and hospitality sales for events at the arena.

Premium at M&S Bank Arena will officially launch later this year where visitors will be able to upgrade their experience when seeing acts such as Diana Ross, Peter Kay, Simply Red, John Bishop, McFly vs Busted, JLS and the World Boxing Championships.
