Liverpool’s first bottomless brunch of Bib Gourmand status launches at Duke Street’s Favourite Pilgrim.
The restaurant’s bottomless brunch includes one dish from their brunch menu alongside bottomless choice of Bloody Maria’s, beer or Brut D’Or cava.
Pilgrim received a Michelin Bib Gourmand award back in October, making it the first bottomless brunch of the accolades standard in Liverpool.
Located on the mezzanine level of Duke Street Food and Drink Market, Pilgrim is inspired by the Spanish Camino De Santiago Pilgrimage, and has a rotating menu of brunch items in line with its seasonal dishes.
Sample brunch items include chia coconut yogurt with toasted granola, berries, cacao nibs, or red quinoa and oat porridge, medjool dates and sesame seeds, or fried egg with chistorra sausage and heritage potato or baked duck egg, sofrito, yogurt and coriander.
Founded by Jamie Duffield and Ant Power, Jamie said:
“We wanted to create a new brunch menu for our guests with dishes made up by our radically seasonal, quality produce. The dishes will change to ensure the offering is always different and interesting, and paired with bottomless cava, beer and our take on a Bloody Mary, our Bib Gourmand status represents great quality and value and that’s exactly what we’re aiming to bring to our brunch menu.”
