Specialising in festive and flavoursome spirits, beers and bespoke drinks gifts, The Bitter Twisted Drinks Company have now opened their doors at Liverpool ONE in time for Christmas.
Located on Peter’s Lane within Liverpool ONE, the pop-up drinks shop is an initiative led by hospitality operators Bitter Twisted, in collaboration with Sipsmith Gin, Lowlander,and local traders Black Lodge.
Eager shoppers can expect a whole range of drink related Christmas gifts this December, including luxury home cocktail kits, impressive liquors, ‘pick n’ mix’ stocking fillers, along with a bespoke gift-wrapping service.
Established by impassioned brewers and bar operators, Black Lodge is a small batch, Liverpool-based brewery, whose creativity and independent nature are essential to their products. At the shop, you’ll be able to purchase their ‘must-try’ ‘Christmas Pudding Porter’, amongst some of their most popular, quirky ales and IPAs.
Also available at the pop-up shop will be this year’s Sipsmith’s retail range, including premium cocktail equipment, glassware and a ‘Build Your Own Gin Stocking’. You’ll even be able to taste and buy their special, limited edition Mince Pie Gin – the perfect serve for Christmas at home.
Keeping to all things festive and cosy, Lowlander, the beer that’s brewed with botanicals to create something ridiculously unique, will have their range in the store too. This includes their Lowlander Winter IPA which is brewed with spruce needles, hand-picked from discarded Christmas trees. What more could you want for a festive tipple?
Aimed at the ‘sippers’ of the city, the team behind the retail pop-up have partnered with carefully selected brands from Liverpool and across the UK. With a real customer care attitude and extensive product knowledge, they aim to bridge the gap between hospitality and retail, after the recent struggles both industries have been faced with. The pop-up shop has also been proud to create almost 20 new job roles for those who may have otherwise been out of work.
