Great trainers with huge knowledge. Whatever your training level is they will improve you further. Always feel comfortable in the gym, nothing is to much trouble to them, always help and encourage me in every session. Its a pleasure to go there, can’t wait to be back.

This is such an amazing gym, with an amazing atmosphere and best of all the most amazing, professional gym instructors I have ever come across within the fitness industry. Not only do they motivate you, they encourage you, and believe in You and your capabilities. This was something I have always struggled with, self doubting myself but since I started training with Michela and Paul my self esteem and the belief in myself has grown so much. This is not just a job to them but this is a passion and it shows through Their dedication and motivation to all its gym Members. I had poor technique when I started at fit box due to poor PTs in the past and being shown incorrect techniques. My technique now is has improved so much and i am now feeling the benefit of my training because the guys train you hard and train you properly. Thank you so much for everting you both do ????️ Xxx

This gym is first class. Michaela and Paul really know their stuff and push you beyond your limits. Every session is carefully planned and tailored to each individuals needs with no stone left unturned. Really great team ethic and atmosphere and is a pleasure to be a part of.

Fitbox is a brilliant gym. You’re made to feel welcome from your very first session. Michaela is a great trainer and very encouraging, helping you to work towards your goals. I’ve been to a number of gyms over the years and the value for money with Fitbox is by far the best. Even during lockdown, Michaela has sent through workouts for us to keep doing at home. Totally recommend this gym!
