Back where it belongs, Cains Brewery has reopened its doors for visitors to enjoy an ice-cold beer brewed within the same walls.
Located in the city’s ever popular Baltic Quarter, the venue takes back off where it left after closing over ten years ago, bringing the beer they called ‘Liverpool in a pint’ back for locals and visitors to Liverpool a taste of the good stuff.
Home to the fabulous family of beers, you can travel back in time and taste beers recognised as some of the best in the world. The specially brewed beers include Cains Finest Lager, Cains Bitter, Cains Finest Raisin Beer, Cains Formidable Ale, and Cains Dark Mild.Â
The new renovated brewery is spread across three floors and includes a basement with a bar and a main room where punters can enjoy watching all the action happening in the brewing room, making the Cains brew to perfection.
Within the venue, visitors can enjoy the comfort of the Private Tap Rooms, which are available for private hire and include a keg to pour your very own pints.
Keeping up with the latest trends Cains Brewery’s first floor offers Hoptails. What are Hoptails you ask? Hoptails are cocktails mixed with either Hops or beer to give a much-infused twist to the cocktail game.Â
If this isn’t your bag, not to worry, the venue has got you covered with their extensive traditional cocktail menu, including favourites such as Espresso Martini, Pina Colada, Mojito, and Old Fashioned.
You even get the opportunity to create your own with the onsite cocktail masterclasses Cains offers. So, if you and your friends fancy yourselves as the next Tom Cruise, you can learn to sip and shake in up to 90 minutes with one of Cainsdedicated mixologists, who will teach you all the tricks of the trade.
With the venue also bursting full of history, Cains Brewery offers their very own Brewery Tours, which include a guided tour around the brewery and show you exactly where the magic happens as well as the secrets that go into making the famous Cains Beers.
Sampling hand-crafted ale can work up an appetite, and Cains aims to serve up the perfect accompaniment to food. The menu boasts lite bites such as chicken wings in an array of different flavours, Texas nachos, cauliflower bites, salt & pepper chips, halloumi fries and much more to tantalise your taste buds.
So, make your own history, and carry on Cains legacy and head down for an experience you won’t forget.
Cains Brewery provides an amazing backdrop for a variety of private events.
The entire venue can host up to 350 people and is available for hire mid-week, whilst the meeting and party rooms can be hired 7 days a week.
