In the run-up to Christmas, Baltic Market is welcoming a new trader, bringing super-fresh, fully loaded Mexican burritos to Liverpool’s first street food market.
On Wednesday, November 22, Listo Burrito will become the market’s newest small independent business, joining Hafla Hafla, Pattersons, Spice Thai, Polpetta, La Bistroteca, Little Furnace, The Midnight Delivery, and Press Bros.
Since its arrival on Dale Street in June 2017, the burrito specialist has become a firm favourite in Liverpool, the same month that market first opened its doors.
Every weekday lunchtime, owner Roger Taylor and his team of employees continue to serve mouthwatering made-to-order burritos and rice boxes.
Listo Burrito is celebrating six years of success and a growing fanbase of loyal customers by opening a second location in the city at Baltic Market, the home and hub of local, independent traders.
To celebrate the occasion, it has created a new Baltic Bites menu featuring some of its most popular dishes, including its signature grilled meats, which are freshly cooked overnight on site every day, ensuring that they are always fresh and full of flavour.
Along with its signature Buenos Burritos, soft, floury tortillas stuffed with meat, veggie, and vegan fillings, salsas, and sauces, there will be nachos piled high with a variety of toppings and its beloved loaded potato pops, a crispy little side that’s become a star in its own right.
Oliver Press, Co-Founder of Baltic Market, said:
“Listo Burrito is hugely popular with daytime customers in Liverpool city centre, you only have to see the queues that regularly spill out onto Dale Street to know that.
“At Baltic Market, we try to bring together traders who showcase really great quality street food from all over the world, so we’re looking forward to Listo Burrito joining us to bring fantastic Mexican food to their existing fans and to a whole new nighttime audience.”
