Despite closure during the Covid pandemic, the company came out fighting by completely transforming a unit on Castle Street, once home to the ‘Civvy’ pub, into a premium city centre gym space that is now the company’s flagship facility.

Over the past 11 years the comany has seen hundred of clients from across Liverpool achieve life-changing results at their gyms. Clients across ABS have lost a combined 15,000kg in total.
