Port Noir, a tattoo parlour promising unparalleled service for ink aficionados in the city, has opened up at the Royal Albert Dock in Liverpool.
Port Noir offers guests a new type of tattoo experience that focuses on customer comfort by combining a serene setting with an enchanting atmosphere. The buzzing, edgy atmosphere typically associated with studios has been replaced by a restful and calming space nestled within the historic docks at 33 The Colonnades.
The parlour was founded by internationally recognised tattoo artist Simona Noir, who also owns Noir Tattoo Collective on Bold Street. The space comprises three tattoo rooms with ten stations and a reception area, featuring original red brickwork and a vaulted ceiling, eclectic soft furnishings, and views overlooking the River Mersey.
Whether guests are seeking a small symbol or an intricate masterpiece, Port Noir’s skilled artists are dedicated to transforming visions into stunning artworks. Nine tattooists are currently in residence, with styles including black and grey realism, blackwork, neo-traditional, old school, and colour realism.
Simona Noir comments:
“Tattoo studios can often feel very intimidating, but we’ve positioned customer comfort at the forefront of Port Noir, creating a calming space thanks to Royal Albert Dock’s unique waterfront setting. Our space allows us to take the custom tattooing experience to a higher level, providing our guests with a spiritual experience in a relaxing environment.”
Port Noir Tattoo adds to the growing and diverse mix of Royal Albert Dock’s lifestyle offering, including independent retail, restaurants, bars and attractions.
