Two popular Liverpool independent venues Abbey Road Bar & Kitchen and their sister site, Harrison’s Bar & Kitchen will be running an Easter Egg Appeal for local kids and families.

The appeal kicked off Monday 27th March and will be running right up to Saturday 8h April, the day before Easter Sunday.

Members of the public can kindly donate Easter Eggs to support families who may be struggling this Easter. All eggs dropped off at the two sites will be matched by the management and then distributed to local families and kids in need of support in these harsh cost of living times we are currently living in.

Harrison’s Business Development Manager Nicola Halton explains:

“Due to the success of last year’s drive, Harrison’s Bar & Kitchen and Abbey Road Bar & Kitchen are collecting Easter Eggs for local families who are struggling with the cost of living. We have recently set up a Harrisons CIC so we can group all our yearly activities under one umbrella. Myself and the owners are big on our social responsibility and want to help out in as many ways as we can in our local community.

For every Easter Egg donation that we receive, we will match it. For anyone who would like to make a donation, please call in to the bars located on North John Street or Harrington Street.

We were overwhelmed by the generosity from our customers last year and hope to help even many more families this year.”
