Rosanna Yoga

Rosanna Gordon is a British Wheel of Yoga trained teacher with over 10 years teaching experience. She specialises in teaching One-to-One and Sports Yoga Classes in Liverpool, UK.

Her classes are a Hatha style and uniquely tailored for the individual and their needs and aims, whether it be to increase mobility and flexibility, improve core strength and posture or reduce back pain and de-stress.

Sports Yoga classes help people of different sporting abilities to perform at their best by increasing physical strength and mental wellbeing, taking into account the demands of their sport. Rosanna also offers Group Yoga Classes on Rodney Street and in the city centre, as well as yoga retreats in Liverpool, the Lake District, North Wales and abroad.

Rosanna has taken a lot of her classes online during the pandemic. She currently offers One-to-One, Sports Yoga and Group Classes by Zoom so that you can practise from the comfort of your home or office. There are some Covid concessionary sessions available, get in touch for details. Rosanna welcomes students back to Rodney Street for In Person Yoga Classes as soon as permitted and in line with government guidelines and current safety measures.
