Three Shire Heads is a great walk in the Peak District and is popular during summer holidays and weekends for families.
Once you get there, walk up the road, cross over and you’ll see a little ladder to climb down. The path isn’t that clear at first but just walk across the fields until you see the path next to the stream.
Lovely little walk that can be made as short or long as you like if you choose other paths, we just kept right (against the hill) and it eventually took us back to the car.
Once you get to the waterfall there’s a few little places to sit down, have some food and we even seen a few people getting in the water so pack a towel if you fancy a dip.
Not that challenging so could definitely take the kids and the dog. Recommend walking boots as it can be muddy at times.
